I’m Lilly, a photographer based in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. I have called NYC home for the past 6 years and love this city and the people here deeply.
I studied photography at The Savannah College of Art and Design and I love shooting a mixture of digital and film (usually 35mm).
I have been married to my wonderful husband, Josh, for 9 years and we have a little French Bulldog named Halvor. My husband and I got married in Savannah, Georgia at the end of July (cue all of our guests melting slightly). The day before our wedding, it rained buckets and buckets of water for 12 hours straight. I remember wading through 2 feet of water to enter the church for the rehearsal, as the whole city had flooded. I fell into a grate and ruined my shoes. Anxious was an understatement. But the next morning, I woke up to the sun shining…THIS was the day!! And no matter what, it would be perfect. And it was.
I understand planning a wedding can be stressful - and usually at some point during your wedding planning, you’ll probably think… “forget it, let’s just elope” (which is a great option too!). However your day ends up playing out, it will be perfect and uniquely yours. I hope to be there to celebrate your love and capture all the beautiful memories. There is no one way to celebrate love…every way is special.
